Worth applying? Know before you do.
With a CV already tailored to the job.

ganza reads every job the way a recruiter would. It scores your fit, tells you whether your CV would pass the first screen, and shows what you have and what's missing for each requirement. Then it drafts a version for the role, from your real experience.

Rewriting your CV from scratch for every job?

  • How am I supposed to know which jobs are even worth it?
  • Copying the same experience into yet another version. Again.
  • Wait… which CV did I send where?

1 · Save jobs

Scroll, select, save. ganza sorts them.

Go through dozens of postings in one sitting. Every job worth a look is saved in two clicks, with its description and link, straight into your queue. The analysis runs in the background, so when you come back, each one is waiting with a score and a screening verdict.

2 · Through a recruiter's eyes

See the job the way a recruiter will see you

Recruiters skim a CV in seconds. ganza does that pass first, and shows you exactly what they'll see.

Pass or skip

A first-screen verdict, the call a recruiter would make after a quick skim, with one sentence on why.

A fit score that explains itself

A 0–100 score plus five factors: seniority, requirements, industry, business model, and how recent your experience is.

Read it in your language

The summary and the reasons behind the score come in the language you use ganza in, even when the posting is in another one. Skim what the job is and why you got that score, and decide in half a minute.

3 · Transparency

Don't take our score for it. See for yourself.

Every sentence in the posting is colored by what we found in your CV, so you can see exactly what the score is made of. And models aren't perfect. You picked this job for a reason: if we flag cybersecurity as missing and you know you have it, it's probably just not in your CV. Or it's a soft requirement anyway.

  • You have it
  • Partly
  • Missing
  • Older experience
  • Know better? Add it in a line. Write a few words about what you did. It goes into this job's CV, and into your master CV for the jobs that follow.
  • Not relevant? Mark it as not something you're addressing, and it won't come back.

4 · CV tailoring

Close the gaps with your experience. Not with made-up claims.

Pick a gap and get a suggested rewrite for a specific line in your CV. Edit it, then approve it. Or write a few words about what you did, and ganza puts it into words.

  • You approve every change
  • AI suggestions stay on this job only
  • Nothing is made up

5 · Your master CV

Every application makes the next one easier

You never start from scratch again. Anything you've written once is there for you next time.

All your versions, in one place

Upload a few old CVs and ganza merges them into one: overlapping roles combine and duplicates disappear.

What you add stays

Every detail you add to close a gap is also saved to your master CV, ready for the next job.

Your edits are never lost

Even when you upload a new file, everything you edited or added yourself is kept.

6 · Application tracking

From the posting to the offer, all in one place

  • Every job keeps its history: the CV you sent, the link, the status and your notes.
  • A board: New, Applied, Live and Closed. Drag a card when something moves.
  • Insights: how many you've applied to, when, and what happened with each one.

A file that's ready to send, and that ATS systems can read

Pick a template and download PDF or Word. The templates are built to be parsed easily and accurately by ATS parsers, and you can highlight the job's keywords in the file.

Everything you wanted to know

Does ganza make up experience?

No. Every suggestion is based on your CV and the posting, and you approve every change. Only what you wrote yourself goes into your master CV.

What does "pass or skip" mean?

It's an estimate of what a recruiter would think after a first skim of your CV against this job, with one sentence explaining why.

What if the score is wrong?

It can happen, which is why every requirement in the posting is colored and you can see exactly what the score is made of. If you have experience that was marked missing, add it in a line, and it's saved for future jobs too.

Does it work in Hebrew?

Yes. The interface is fully available in Hebrew, right-to-left CVs are supported, and the analysis is written in the language you use ganza in, even when the posting is in another one.

Will my files get through ATS systems?

We tested the PDF and Word files with leading ATS parsers and they parsed well. No one can promise that for every system, but the templates are built to be read correctly.

How is this different from Teal or Huntr?

They mostly organize your applications. ganza also checks how well you fit each job, shows what's missing and helps you close those gaps in your CV, in Hebrew and English.

How much does it cost?

During the beta everything is open and free, with no credit card.
