CV tailoring
Tailor your CV to every job description, without rewriting it from scratch
Recruiters and screening software read your CV against the job description. ganza runs that check first: it scores your fit, ties each gap to the sentence in the posting that asks for it, and drafts a version of your CV for that role.

How it works
From job posting to tailored CV
- 1
Add the job
Paste the job description, or save it from LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever and other job boards with the free Chrome extension.
- 2
See your fit
Get a 0–100 fit score, what already matches, and what is missing, each tied to the requirement it comes from.
- 3
Close the gaps
Apply a suggested fix in one click, edit the draft in place, or add real experience you left out.
- 4
Export
Pick a template and download PDF or Word. Your master CV stays as it is.
Why tailor your CV for each job?
A general CV describes you. A tailored CV answers the posting: it uses the same terms for the same skills, leads with the experience the role asks for, and drops what doesn't help. Recruiters skim, so the match has to show in the first few lines.
Doing that by hand for every application takes time, and it's easy to lose track of which version went where. ganza keeps one tailored CV per job, next to the posting it was written for.
What ganza checks in a job description
Each posting is split into sentences, and each requirement is compared with your CV. The analysis shows what matches, what is weak and what is missing, with the posting's own wording next to each point, so you can see why a gap was flagged instead of guessing.
Your master CV gets better as you go
When you add experience to close a gap, such as a tool you used or a result you didn't mention, ganza saves that fact to your master CV so it's there for the next application. One-click AI suggestions stay on that job's CV only, so your master CV holds only what you wrote.
Hebrew and English
ganza works in Hebrew and English, including right-to-left CVs, and writes the analysis in the language you work in.
FAQ
Questions about CV tailoring
- Is tailoring my CV for each job worth the time?
- For roles you actually want, yes. The fit score helps you decide which jobs are worth tailoring for at all, and the draft means you edit instead of starting from a blank page.
- Will ganza make up experience I don't have?
- Suggestions are based on your CV and the posting, and you review every change before you export. Only facts you add yourself go into your master CV.
- Can I export to Word?
- Yes. Every tailored CV exports to PDF or Word (DOCX), using professional templates.
- Is it free?
- Free to start, with no credit card. Fit scores are included; the number of tailored CVs is limited on the free plan.
